foundation of our new house

So this goes back awhile but I figured I could blog about it..
We have an ICF foundation, Insulating Concrete Form for a basement.
What it basically is, is Styrofoam that is around 4 inches thick and 3 inches of concrete sandwiched between another layer of Styrofoam.

    That's kind of crazy XD I have no clue what our house's foundation is made of.

    Oooh, fun! Our y'all building the house yourself or did y'all hire someone?
    My dad built half of our house himself, but he hired people for the roof, because he's afraid of heights.

      We hired someone to do the roof, plumbing and foundation and after failing with the tile we had to have help on that too. We had some one put together our house but we helped out with that. Everything else we did😉
