An Early Easter Reminder for allllll ya peeps (pun intended)

So today is Maundy Thursday.  We are getting closer and closer to Easter.  I thought this video would suit the occasion and I just adore accents ^_^

Let’s get serious.

There is no Easter Bunny

*crowd gasps*

I mean sure it’s all good and well to give candy in the shape of the Easter bunny, make movies about the Easter bunny but honestly it gets obsessive.

To tell you the truth it gets to the point of replacing the real meaning of Easter.

*Cues VeggieTales song about the real meaning of Easter** < Note:If you did not watch that when you were a kid I do not know you XD just kidding J

No, the real meaning of Easter you may already know, you may even roll your eyes because you know that story by heart.  

Just because you know the story doesn’t mean there isn’t more to it then what you have already seen. 

That is what I feel like saying to all the Christians out there who sort of get tired of Easter. 

Easter is a time of celebrating not only your loved ones but also the Loved One who died for you.  Of course you already know He had a choice.  As He was being whipped he could have called down angels who would have killed the guards.  He could have called upon all the forces of heaven and 

wiped out the earth. 

But he didn’t.

Truth be told I think we all would have eventually called up to heaven.  If not for anger then we would have done it just to make the pain stop.  

Because we are humans.  None of us are perfect

So as you gather around the table and gorge yourself on food and drink just remember who gave you the gift of eternity.
